10/7 — Sacral Chakra Reset: The sacral chakra is our energetic center of creativity, but it also stores sexual trauma, shame, sense of worth, and abandonment or rejection, and can distort our perception of creative potential. We’ll explore how to identify and release blocks, do coaching, and end with a deep energy clearing focused on the sacral chakra to restore flow.
